Whisper is a peaceful and safe property. The office leasing agent makes it so safe and for first time renters to feel so protected. I felt great leaving my child there.

One of the best experiences I’ve had while apartment living. The staff is friendly, maintenance requests get handled pretty quickly, and the appliances are modern. It’s also a pretty quiet place to live. Highly worth considering if you’re looking in the area.

I’ve lived all over Texas — from Nacogdoches to North Texas, and Central Texas/Austin area — and I still think fondly of Whisper Oaks. It was my first college apartment, and honestly, it’s been my favorite ever since!

The location is fantastic: quiet neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, SFA, and NHS. But what really made it stand out was the peaceful environment — you don’t hear your neighbors through the walls like you do in so many newer complexes. That alone made a huge difference... during college when I needed to focus or get a good night’s sleep.

It also felt safe, and anytime my roommate or I had a maintenance issue, it was handled immediately. The service was always fast, friendly, and reliable. Plus, it’s not on fraternity or sorority row, which meant no late-night noise or party messes left behind in the yard.

Awesome management and the tenants are all level headed and we all take care of each other.

Great complex close to campus, staff is helpful and efficient, maintenance is very timely and friendly.Apartments are large and come with washer and dryer, neighbors are quiet - no parties or loud music. Enjoyed my stay
