Use amenities at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Please respect the house like your own home, be respectful of the neighbors, and let the host know if anything is missing or broken.
Any number of overnight guests over 14 will have an extra fee, with a maximum number allowed of 16. Extra 8 ft tables, cocktail tables, chairs, table linens, and a wedding arch are available to rent. A list of caterers and other vendors is available if needed.
