DO NOT move here !!!

On my move in day the apartment was filthy, had bugs in the shower and sink, wires hanging out of the ceiling, black specs all over the wall and reeked of must. My move in got delayed many days. After I re-moved in I found the Wi-Fi terminal I needed had been stolen out of my unit and Canyon House didn't even cover the prorated rent for the days I was not able to move in. The leasing agents Hannah and Devan have been very difficult to get a hold of and work with, and they will not give me their... supervisors info, despite many valid requests. As far as amenities, the treadmills are not functional and the grills are out of service. If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I had read a review like this before I made the mistake of choosing Canyon House. Take your rental needs elsewhere!
