bad management

management is rude and they require you to pay for parking that is not part of your lease and tow your vehicle if you dont pay the exta money even when its not part of your lease.

This is the perfect building if you want a quick walk to wal mart and other shopping centers. The common areas are well maintained and staff very helpful.

Sussex Manor Apartments

Sussex is a wonderful place to live we have apartments that comes with furniture already, and we are an all bills paid apartments which includes cable, water, lights, and rent everything is already on when you move in. We have a nice pool thats opened tuesday-sunday. We are also a gated community, and have a wonderful special goin on.
