I have a full list of complaints I've kept to myself, because for the most part, I've enjoyed my stay here. But THIS? This is the final straw!

How dare they market a 24-Hour Emergency Maintenance, then refuse to call things emergencies! Shame on you Broad Management! Hopefully someone sees this from corporate and maybe... addresses the issue.

Quit marketing 24-Hour emergency maintenance if you're not going to do anything about emergencies that get reported! It's really crazy how the lease reads that I have to report anything that could create a hazardous living condition INCLUDING AC not working, then when you do IT'S NOT AN EMERGENCY!!!!!
