Timbercrest recommendstion

My husband and I lived in Timbercrest 4/4 years we enjoyed it thoroughly excellent excellent maintenance help when we needed it and stuff in the office is superb very caring and very generous with their time and willing to assist you in anything they can I highly recommend

Nice people, quiet, pet friendly, reasonably priced.

These apartments aren't the newest, but the cost is inexpensive. The managers are on call 24/7 and they are quick to respond to problems. My neighbors are friendly and helpful. I've lived here 14 years and have never had to call the police to report a noisy or disruptive neighbor. Has a nice clean pool. Covered parking. Not furnished, but appliances are furnished including garbage disposal and dishwasher.

Problems: exteriors need touching up. The laundry room is not finished yet since it... burned down. There is some landscaping going on. No washer/dryer connection. Assigned pet area can be a good bit of a walk for an older lady like myself.
