I've been here for over 3 years and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Apartments here are spacious and having access to 2 pools, dog parks and gyms are an added bonus. The evenings are very calm and quiet, and it feels more like a community than anything. Highly recommend!

This complex has it all. Two great dog parks — a large one with plenty of room for your pup to zoom around, and a smaller one with agility equipment for extra fun. There are also two beautiful pools, perfect for relaxing or cooling off, plus a clubhouse that’s great for hosting events. The apartments themselves have a nice, polished feel too

I’ve had a great experience at Preserve at Baywood! The office staff is always so friendly and helpful, maintenance is quick to respond, and the property is beautiful and well kept. I’m so glad I chose to live here!

Living at Preserve at Baywood has been an incredible experience from day one. When my family and I needed a place to call home, Jesse went above and beyond to help us find the perfect apartment. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered every question, and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and personal. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares, but Jesse truly does.
The maintenance team has also been outstanding. Every request we’ve submitted... has been handled quickly and professionally, and it’s reassuring to know they take pride in keeping the community in great shape.
The property is well-maintained, peaceful, and feels like a place where the staff genuinely wants residents to be happy. You can tell they care about the people who live here, not just filling apartments.
If you’re looking for an apartment with exceptional management, responsive maintenance, and a welcoming community, I can’t recommend Preserve at Baywood enough. Five stars all the way!
