Villas Tech Ridge

my experience living here has been amazing! Allowing me to be here happy and comfortably! The area is always quiet, no problems or issues, gym always clean, as well as the pool area!

Lived there for 3 years and the decline was horrible. Trash everywhere, the trash compactor is always overfilled and the amount of large furniture piling up makes the place look and smell like a landfill. Everything but the leasing office is falling apart and that's where all the money for updates went. Several car break ins while living there and the leasing office could care less. Once you're signed with them, they do very little to assist with concerns.

It's been wonderful staying at this apartment for the past many years we've had. Employees and maintenance have been great to get to know. As we move on, we thank you for letting us call this home for so many years now.

Great front desk service. Always so helpful. Would only like if the pool did not close on weekends. It is a great location if you go to UTI tech school. Super convenient .

So far my resident experience has been exceptional. Cayla is amazing and maintenance comes anytime I call them. This experience has made my moves so much easier.
