Carrington Park

I love the Carrington Park Apartments, bldg 8, top floor, with vaulted ceilings, and with monthly energy savings due to no direct sunlight into the apartment during summer months. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with only 2 shared walls which presents a more quiet privacy. It has a personal working usable wood burning fireplace and brick hearth that makes it cozy during those cold winter day's and night's; it makes you feel like you are in a luxury hotel room. Making roasted marshmallows... /s'mores in front of open fireplace gives you a rare luxury that other apartments do not offer or have. You will save on heating costs as well when using the fireplace. I enjoyed the vaulted ceilings through out the interior of the apartment which gives you an open space square footage feeling only achieved by second floor apartment living. Great gated community location with nearby restaurants, shopping malls, and public transportation, if needed. Garbage pick up and recycling at your door which gives you a peace of mind convenience. Ample parking with nearby guest parking. Apartment complex offers available online App to register guest cars for temporary short term visitors. Feel very good about this place after my look and lease with Brittany. she was so kind, genuine, and helpful. she saw that i was disabled and even made me a coffee. she went above and beyond. she deserves accolades. highly recommended. AA+++

I strongly advise against moving into this apartment complex. The building is old and in desperate need of maintenance, but repairs are never done on time. The front office staff lack basic manners and are incredibly unhelpful. Pest problems are rampant, and towing issues are a constant headache.

Despite the low rent, this place is not worth it. The complex is noisy, with neighbors who don't follow any rules. They charge unnecessary and additional fees on top of the rent, unlike other... apartments. For example, they add a $75 fee for concierge services that no one uses and we have no idea what it's for.

The office hours are erratic, and there's no response to emails or phone calls, no matter how many times you try. Emergency requests are completely ignored. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place. Don't be a victim of their low prices. Read More

Abisay is amazing he always takes care of things he is such a great asset to the leasing office, maintenance guys are so polite and caring I've been living at this place for a couple of years and I'm amazed at everything I will not see myself living anywhere else I did have some issues in the past month but the management took care of it now my building is quiet and I feel comfortable getting home late from work thank you.

Always having issues and no one at Leasing Office can help you. So incompetent! Regret living here. Plus alwaya towing cars for no reason!
