I recommend do not rent

I would not recommend Heritage at Lakeside in Plano, Texas to anyone especially seniors or those looking for a well-maintained living environment. My mother is elderly parent livered here and my experience was unacceptable. I had maintenance issue that were ignored and failed to address serious issues like leaks and bug issue and mold and etc. Also, pest problems and unfair security deposit practices that kept all my mother's security deposit after moving out, they unjustly kept the security... deposit. We left due to no good living conditions, and we give them enough time 120 days stating we were moving out. We had bugs in our food and at night we had to wear mask so bugs would get in our mouth. The lack of care and professionalism from management and two coast living made this a frustrating and disappointing experience. They even sent my mother to collections and kept security deposit. I will show picture when we moved in and after. Also, have video of the place when we moved out. If you are considering renting here, be aware of these ongoing issues. The company two coast living is rated 1.4.

Residents can submit maintenance requests through our portal, and we ensure that they are addressed within 48 hours, with emergency requests being prioritized and handled more quickly. Additionally, we offer regular pest control services to all residents, and we encourage anyone experiencing any pest-related issues to schedule a visit to their unit so we can address it as quickly as possible.
Regarding your security deposit, we always act in accordance with the terms outlined in the lease agreement. If you have any concerns or questions about your security deposit, we would be happy to address them directly. Please feel free to contact us at (972) 943-3577.

Unfortunately horrible service

There are many issues with the maintenance of this apartment and no matter how many requests are made the issues are never addressed. For over 2 months broken sprinklers are causing major foundation issues and water cacoroch on the exterior of apartments. A/C repair with electrical tape. Mold in the garage and outside trash service only when they want to pick up after your charge monthly and utilities high because unprofessional repairs not done correctly. You can never get any help the leasing... office ignore any and all issues. BEWARE...

Do Not Rent!!

Poor outdoor maintenance - dog poop everywhere. Amenities advertised are not available. New HEB construction is unbearable and the complex is now not livable. Property management is terrible.

Slum

Please Save Yourself!
There was mold (documented) in the air conditioning units, water stains on the ceiling and filth everywhere. The air conditioner never worked properly resulting in costing us $600 one month for electric. I was sick because of the mold as well as my ??! The management was just horrendous. They often put you on ignore. Please take your time when looking for a clean and safe living situation. This apartment is not even suitable for your pets!

Please Save Yourself!

I have images from an independent inspector referencing mold throughout the apartment. Dysfunctional management, filth, wasp infested and $600/ electric a month even with a new a/c unit.
