Never lived here but just the front desk experience was so horrible that I wouldn't imagine anyone living here. First he claimed the was not enough staffs to take walkin so it will be an hour wait. I said no problem since I knew I didn't have an appointment. Then he sent me to the website to reserve the appointment. I said cool. I have time so let me just do that. Has typical annoyances you'd expect from properties half the price which whatever I could overlook but towed my car from my own spot without any notice which is unacceptable to me.

These Apartments have a beautiful entrance and they have a great sales pitch but the appliances, cabinets, noise within the apt and lack of cleanliness and security rates it less than a one star from a former tenant. Horrendous stay and after seeing dog throw up on the carpet in the hallway that wasn’t being Checked by staff, it was our last straw. You can also hear noise of tenants above you walking and next to you flushing their toilets. For the price, this is unacceptable. Do not rent here!... Safety was also an issue and police are there

For the price that you pay for this apartment - this property is average. The location and amenities are good and the front-desk is very friendly.

However you can tell that management is unprofessional, vague, and cheaps out.

A few examples:
- Most apartment complexes will email you a 2 month notice with a warning to move out. This complex did not give one and instead waited for a month before to alert you, easily leading to a rent surcharge

-Covid-19 measures - For all the advertising... they have around wearing a mask, they do not enforce it and tenants walk around in elevators and the building without complying

-I've had experiences of management not following up on inquiries of incorrect A/C charges

- Was walked into during my stay in the apartment when a staff member wanted to show my apartment to a prospect without being alerted.

I would highly recommend LVL29. Staff is very helpful, goes out of their way to make sure we're happy. The views are amazing. We really enjoy living here.
