Chaparral Place Apartments

Chaparral Place Corporate Apartments is the most unprofessional apartments I've ever lived in. The manager was changed without notice, they refuse all phone calls, and have refused to refund our security deposit despite sending us a notice saying we would be receiving it. They have dodged our phone calls, ignores our emails, and been plainly unprofessional. While we were living there, outside my unit they left a washer and a bunch of trash around it. Maintenance requests were often ignored. My... AC went out one time and they refused to send emergency maintenance out even though it was close to 90 degrees inside my apartment. These apartments are nice and come with the option of being fully furnished, I'm glad we moved here

We love living here! It's quiet, everyone stays to themselves and is very friendly. We have a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apt and it is the perfect size. Bigger than our last apt that was a 2 bedroom. Never had any noise issues. The office manager is awesome and tries his best to help in anyway possible. Definitely recommend living here!
Oh and for all parents and pet parents there is alot of area to play in the back so kids and pets could run around.

I’ve been a resident here for almost a year. Since new management has taken over it’s really gone down hill we’ve not had internet service for close to a month. No one is in the office when you get off work and they will not answer or return calls. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
