Find somewhere else

Over priced. Management has gone down since Trivest has taken over. They charge miscellaneous hidden charges for everything and every year the rent increases. They purposely hide their corporate number so no one can call in to complain about how management treats its residents and how they make things up that are no where in the lease.

Great while there

They were great almost the full year we were there, and we fully intended on doing a 2nd year. But, anyone moving here should know that the entire complex flooded during Harvey. Other than that, and in the aftermath, the staff was amazing, as was location

Great apartment and very nice staff

Been living her for 2 years now and so far my experience with the staff and manger are great. They are very accommodating and even brought my package to my apartment. The complex is clean and has a great walking path for kids and residents to walk safely without worrying about cars passing through. Neighbors are quite and no safety concerns.

Shoppers will appreciate 9th Avenue Station proximity to Regional Plaza Shopping Center, Regional Square Shopping Center, and Central Plaza. Regional Plaza Shopping Center is 1.4 miles away, and Regional Square Shopping Center is within a 26 minute walk.
