I had a wet damp smell coming from my AC closet which had mold on me up outside of the unit, I called it in and immediately one of the maintenance team came over bleached it out and now it's all nice and clean.

Very thorough Tino made all the necessary repairs to ensure my AC unit operates properly.

I have been here for quite a few years, The management and other employees have always been very nice and helpful and always take care of my work orders in a timely manner. Miss Charlotte always interacting with the residents with weekly games that everybody can participate in. If I Have any question at all, someone always helps me. When we had my fire 2 years ago, The management was very quick to help all the victims of the fire and find new housing and make sure that everybody was ok. Pleasant and efficient The few maintenance issues I've had were resolved in an amazingly brief amount of time. Both the office manager and assistant are delightful.

Great management Brittany is the bedrock to this place. She juggles everything so well. Is always on top of things and has a steel trap for memory. Have never had to ask twice for anything when it comes to her.
