Orion Prosper Apartments

I've been here 5 years . I have enjoyed the water / ponds as I get to sit outside to enjoy all the wildlife ut brings , turtles , ducks, Herons, birds , rabbits and squirrels. It's been quiet for the most part . I have a new large backyard surprise as of last week . Not sure what will happen to my rent as it will go up alot . My neighbors are very nice . The front staff has been helpful with all my questions that arise.

I've lived at Orion Prosper for a month and a half. Vanessa and Keira, in the front office, have been nothing but helpful and professional. The maintenance team and pest control have addressed my issues the same day or in a timely manner. I have been happy with the customer service they have provided, the community is friendly, and I have some great neighbors. I'm settling in to my new space and am finding it very comfortable.

I like that this place is so mellow for the most part, lots of families but everyone is respectful of others’ privacy. This place is pretty solid but I’ve lived here for over a year and the gate has been broken for most of not all of that time so.. It’s odd that the community is half-gated and half not, and there should probably be some kind of compensation for residents given I’d imagine a working front gate is part of what we’re paying for to live here. Every thing is going good first 2 weeks in. I put in a maintenance request and everything was done the same day.
The application process could’ve been better but everything was smooth after that.

This is my bf and I first apartment and we were nervous about the process and everything but they made it super easy. Their communication is top notch, since I’ve been here for going on two years I have not had to call the maintenance or anyone for anything! I absolutely love it! Def recommend! Clean, quiet, roomy!
