Water heater repair completed!
I’ve been here going on six years and the maintenance staff has been consistently stellar!! Todd was here almost immediately and took care of the problem in a matter of minutes. Outstanding!!!

Love living here. Nice quiet gated community. Very well maintained. Very nice office and maintenance crew. Will sign another lease for 4 years.

I moved in on 12/4. Leasing staff were great and everything went fairly smoothly during my initial lease signing, etc. One surprise after moving in was how terrible the cell service is on property. It's not huge, but still a surprise in this day and age. There were a few maintenance issues when I started opening windows, turning things on, etc. and maintenance was here to fix them the same day. The property is fairly quiet during the day except for when school lets out. And I had reservations... about getting a second floor apartment but I hardly hear my upstairs neighbor, which is nice. The view from all my windows is of the pond and the fountain sound is so soothing. So far so good.

Most everything about Orion Prosper is 5 stars. The maintenance crew is exceptional but will miss John now that he is leaving. Only negative is the noisy neighbor who lives in the unit above me... I am reluctant to confront them directly as it is unknown how some folks may react. I'm wondering if management can send an email to ALL residents to remind them to be mindful of their neighbors with noise, loud music/TV, heavy walking (and running, in my situation), banging and knocking, etc. Just a... thought to maybe raise awareness. Thanks.
