Prosper Elms Apartments

I love the area and the layout of these apartments. The buildings themselves are fairly new-just 2 to 3 years old-and have great potential. Unfortunately, the lack of upkeep really takes away from the experience.
The breezeways are consistently dirty, with thick dust and grime buildup that clearly hasn't been addressed in a while. The concrete is stained with old trash spills, and the mulch around the property is bare and messy-it doesn't reflect the quality you'd expect from a newer community... .
It's disappointing because the presentation matters. I've hesitated to invite family and friends over because the poor exterior maintenance gets pointed out every time, and frankly, it's embarrassing.
This could be an amazing place to live if management prioritized basic cleanliness and curb appeal. Hoping things improve soon. Read More

Community is good and peaceful very well organized and maintained . However regular meetings with residents might be helpful to discuss about the common problems directly with them. Children’s free play area is missing where the kids are going outside the community to play.

Good people, good neighbors. I have enjoyed the environment around the complex. Very chill, very calm. Service is fast And super easy especially with the app.

Carolina at leasing office is so helpful! Complex is quiet and unit is in great condition. Features of the gate access and dog wash are great!
