Lived here for the past 17 years. It is an excellent complex for the price.
Cynthia is a great manager. Very professional and friendly. Fransico is also great as the assistant manager. He does an excellent job and always follows through on what he says he will do. Just sign a lease for another 18 months.

...cause they will hit you with all kinds of fees without letting you know in advance. Even if you cleaned the apartment prior to moving, they'll still charge you. Oh & don't let a check bounce or it's a $50 fee, totally ridiculous. Once they know they don't have you as a tenant, they don't care, they will stick you with fees. I told them if they don't waive the $50 fee, I would write a bad review, but they didn't care, so here it is, a bad review.

Do not choose this place. It's a trap. Your going to have so many issues. I regret living here and will be running away once my lease is up. So many problems that this place won't fix. To many to list. I've had to call the county code enforcement twice on numerous problems with this place cause they won't fix them when called. Infestation of ants. Rats in the garage. Broken water pipes flooding. Roof flooding from rain.

Also your going to be over charged every month and their is nothing you... can do. My water bill each month is set at $95. Set. Doesn't matter how much or how little you use. Fees fees fees this places charges for nothing. Don't deal with a guy named Timothy. His the worst. Rude in person rude on the phone. They rather deflect and blame then listen and solve. Read More
