Used to be good - not anymore

Since Cushman & Wakefield took over the property management, it has been terrible. Unresponsive and rude staff, lax maintenance, increased fees & rents with no improvements.

The Best

My family and I lived here a year!!! And we really enjoyed it…. Very peaceful and felt right at home, the maintenance men was very productive and fixed things in a timely manner!!! Very great Apartment Manager’s….. I would highly recommend this apartment complex!!!!

Great place

Very nice well maintained property. Well run, and awesome staff. The property manager Crystal always goes above and beyond to make sure all needs are taken care of. I highly recommend living here.

Poor Management Poor Maintenance

A/C went out and maintenance didn’t respond until 45 minutes later all he said was he can’t work at night. So while me and my boys suffer from hot heat, I asked him to get manager to call me no one ever called and they say they care about their tenants bullshit. Worse place I ever lived would not recommend this hell hole to anyone.
