Chris began his career with STRÜB Residential, joining what was then the number one real estate team in Austin. Immersed in a high-performance environment, he quickly developed the discipline, market knowledge, and service standards that continue to define his work. Chris closed 100 sales and lease transactions within his first 16 months in the industry, with results that include homes placed under contract in less than 48 hours, multiple-offer situations, and properties secured above asking price. Today, Chris serves buyers, sellers, investors, property owners, and development clients throughout Austin and Central Texas. As a Certified Listing Specialist, he treats every sale as a distinct positioning assignment. His strategies consider pricing, presentation, competing inventory, buyer psychology, market timing, financing conditions, digital exposure, and the seller’s personal objectives. What distinguishes Chris is that he is not only an advisor. He is also an active real estate owner, investor, property management professional, and developer. Through his work with Billboard Asset Management, NobleCrest Ventures, and HT Elevations, Chris brings firsthand experience in leasing, asset operations, investment analysis, land acquisition, construction, and residential development. As co-founder of HT Elevations, Chris is helping advance a pipeline of contemporary/modern homes across East Austin in partnership with J Davis Construction. His development experience allows him to help clients understand how land, design, construction quality, market positioning, and financing decisions can influence a property’s long-term value. Born in Lima, Peru, Chris lived and traveled across six continents before the age of 13. Those experiences taught him how to adapt, connect with people from different backgrounds, and approach opportunities with curiosity and confidence. Fluent in English and Spanish, he brings a global perspective to the increasingly diverse Central Texas market. Chris is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Big Dog Investors Association, as well as an FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot. His professional story has received national media exposure through Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Fox, MarketWatch, and CBS. Following the passing of his father, the meaning of legacy became deeply personal. The experience strengthened Chris’s commitment to stewardship and reinforced his belief that success is measured not only by what someone achieves, but by what they build, protect, and carry forward for others.
