Enjoy a quick cup of coffee from the Keurig or make more with the drip coffee maker. The second living room features a high-end, super-comfy couch and a 55-inch Smart Roku TV.
We'd love to welcome families with a portable crib and high chair available for use. Well-behaved, housebroken pets are welcome with a $200 pet fee per stay to cover extra cleaning. The property features a good-sized, fenced backyard, perfect for outdoor picnics and grilling.
The neighborhood is peaceful and family-friendly, providing a serene environment for your stay. You will have access to one parking space in the garage, with additional parking available in the driveway or on the street. Roku TVs are loaded with apps and accounts for Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Peacock, but no live TV or cable access is provided. You are welcome to load your own apps to the TVs.
Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, with a modern desk space in the living room and an optional desk and chair set-up that can be placed in one of the bedrooms for flexible work or school from home. A laptop computer is not included. [SI]
