The second living room features a 55-inch Smart Roku TV and a high-end, super-comfy couch. A portable crib and high chair are available for families.
A $200 pet fee per stay applies to cover extra cleaning.

You will have access to one parking space in the garage, plus you can park in the driveway or on the street.
Pets are welcome, but they are not allowed on any furniture or beds. Please let us know about each of your pets and tell us things like whether they shed, if they chew, and if you will be leaving them in a crate when you leave. Please make sure you've checked for any potential small spaces under the fence for any escape-prone animals. Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of barking, especially at night. Roku TVs are loaded with apps and accounts for Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Peacock. There is no live TV or cable access, but you are welcome to load your own apps to the TVs. The gas fireplace is not functional.
Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, along with a modern desk space in the living room with comfy chair and an optional desk/chair set-up that can be placed in one of the bedrooms for flexible work or school from home. [SI]
