Will not fix your water problems
If I could give zeros I would. This is by far the worst response to water leaking in the unit. I have reported multiple times over a month and nothing has been done. Don’t waste your time trying to reach the recently promoted office manager. From day one before becoming office manager nothing but poor communication and customer service, quick to pass the buck but will not follow up. Water leaking in the unit and now the mold starts. With as much as we pay here you would think it would be better.... Nothing but horrible experience. Issues with plumbing and nasty water coming up the drain on multiple occasions, unit advertised as completely refurbished until you get to the bathroom in the master. Looks like they put the old shower, tub and old hardware that doesn’t match and poor job of caulking. The faucet to the tub is a faucet that was once connected to a shower tub combo and was told it had to stay that way. Do not move here. The gate has never worked and phase 2 the clubhouse is never accessible. In addition the app that supposed to grant access to the clubhouse doesn’t work.
