Save yourself the trouble of fighting cockroaches for the entirety of your lease. I find several roaches a day- in my dresser, my shower, my pantry, my cabinets, even my bed- and I have shelled out at least $100 trying to get rid of these things. The poison that the apartment management brings out does absolutely nothing to stop them. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone. Find anywhere else to live.

I've enjoyed living here. Rent prices are good, they're always renovating to make improvements to the units, it's pet friendly, and there's no bugs! Pest control comes by regularly. Misty is the best property manager I've ever had. Neighbors are occasionally a little noisy, but it's not too bad. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful apartment complex to live at! The office staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond to work out what will be best for you, maintenance staff is quick to resolve any issues, and the complex is frequently improving resident life with new amenities. In the 6 months I’ve been here a new fitness center has been added, dog park, pet stations, and currently in the works a new privacy fence in front of one of the building. Highly recommend the property as it’s been great to live in the... community!!!

The location is close to ASU which is very convenient. The office staff were very welcoming, application process was quick and easy. The apartments are nice and affordable. I highly recommend especially for other students.

Rude management, moldy smelly room. Never did anything about mold on the ceiling. Room smelled like smoke.
