ripp off
I lived here at 1221 broadway for 2 years. The price is very high compare to San Antonio average rent fees. There is always some noise going on around the apartment. After i moved out, they sent me a ridiculous final bill where they said they replaced the oven glass and painted the apartment. The total bill is almost 1000 dollars and that includes an oven glass replacement for almost 400 dollars (perfectly functioning oven glass by the way). They even sent me a water bill over 60 dollars for... the final 7 days i was there. Usually water bill is under 15 dollars for a month. The management sucks accept couple ladies in the office who work there. They ll try to rip u off at the end. I didn't do anything to the oven glass other than normal cooking and the walls were already not painted when i moved in. I actually need to move back to SA again but I m going to across the street of 1221. I disputed these charges and I was told they are non negotiable charges.
