The comfort of knowing that I was safe living here is gone. We now have a public parking garage with zero cameras. Both of my cars have been broken into and the office of course can’t do anything about it. There’s a sign when driving in that says “not responsible for theft or burglary” but you are responsible for making our parking public. Residents are being allowed to use their apartments as air bnb’s which means now anyone and everyone may have a code to get into each one of our floors and... hallways. Because of that, I’ve had packages come up missing. Ever since we went to key pads for entry, the security level is at a 0. Knowing that anyone and everyone can come in and out as they please with no security cameras, you would think that we would have some sort of off duty patrol going on but of course we don’t. These are just a couple of reasons that makes it hard to want to renew.

While we cannot control individual... criminal activity, we take the safety of our community very seriously. Our team has already taken steps to address the situation, including increasing patrols, monitoring the property more closely, and continuing to work with local law enforcement to ensure they are aware of recent activity in the area.
We encourage any resident who experiences or witnesses suspicious behavior to report it to both the office and the police so we can respond quickly and appropriately. Your feedback is important to us, and we are committed to doing everything within our ability to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
