This is a great place to live! The location is fantastic. The river is at the back door the location at South St. Mary’s and Cesar. Chavez is extremely good as far as traffic goes getting in and out of the complex.!
The maintenance staff is exceptional when you need them. They’re always on the job very quickly do professional job.!

I enjoy living here the neighbors are for the most part nice and friendly. The upgrades to the property are great but the new management is not so friendly and have not gotten to know the residents like they used to. I also don’t like the new parking arrangement not so inviting to my guest
