applied to the apartment complex, Ashlyn was amazing! She kept me updated through the whole process. Got approved and elaine and the whole staff are amazing, was supposed to sign my lease Dec 23rd but due to my flight being delayed the made a special occasion to come in on christmas eve to make sure I had my apartment lease signed and keys in hand. The apartment complex is amazing! The apartment is amazing! So glad to call Austin Pointe home!

HORRIBLE APARTMENT. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They will LIE straight to your face and smile while doing so. Bring your own shelves because they'll show you an apartment thats supposed to be an exact replica of the one you move into, except you have to BUY AND INSTALL your own shelves to live in the apartments.

Ever since they changed the front office staff about 3.5 yrs ago, they have been steady headway in improving the property, front office is responsive and understanding, maintenance staff works hard to clear everyone's issues. But you have to give them time, if its and an emergency they'll be there! If its routine, they try their hardest to get to you.
It's not a luxury rental but clean and decent, typical very low level crime, but then again if you leave in the car in any neighborhood you're... asking for it.

The Austin Pointe apartments are a great place to live. Whether you are single or if you have a family. It is close to many great schools and is centered around many important locations. The staff is attentive and helpful. Maintenance is on top of any request. They have an excellent fitness center, swimming pools, and a playground for the kids. This is a great place to live.

Really loved living here Had no major issues with maintenance and for the price I paid it was a great space to create my cozy plac . The only thing I wish was there was more of is greenery. Overall not to bad and location is great!
