Old broken Washer - new Washer Submitted that my washer was not working, and they brought a brand-new one. Easy. Amazing. Service. Thank you

The gate was always broken, so sketchy people would be walking around at night sometimes. There was never any parking after 7:30pm so I had to park by the front gate, which was not near my building. The dumpster was always over-filled and had furniture sitting next to it. My friends on the other side of the complex had sketchy encounters with people outside of their building. One of them got their car broken into and the employees in the office said “crime happens everywhere” with no way to... remedy the situation. When I was moving out, I had issues with rent- they wanted me to pay way over the amount I actually owed. I have also never lived at an apartment complex that did so many “safety checks” where staff had to come in to your apartment when you were gone to check on something. So many issues at this place. Very sketchy apartment!! Terrible staff! Multiple cars broken into last night and office staff’s response was “crime happens everywhere”. Zero concern for tenant’s safety or well being!

Staff was very helpful when I moved. Very gracious considering I had cracked drywall in the process of moving.
