Top Notch community

Great apartment complex, living conditions, and staff. The only issue is I'd like to see more amenities for children in the complex e.g basketball area, swingsets. Also, a billiard area in the clubhouse would be nice! Overall, I'm excited about this new chapter of residing in these quarters!
