Santa Fe Condo Apartments

I made an appointment to simply look at one of these apartments in March because I was moving from 14 hours away in July. I spoke to someone on the phone is was very rude. I then decided to give them another try and called back another day to make an appointment and I spoke with someone else who was not as rude. When my boyfriend and I went to look at the apartment while visiting, the man who I talked to the first time on the phone helped us. his place has got to have the most rude, unprofessional, unkind person of any of the 14+ apartment leasing offices I've spoken to in the last two days.

I'd been trying to reach their office all afternoon and finally got a hold of someone half an hour before the end of their hours of operation. A man named Mike answered the phone and was very curt. When I asked if he had time he answer a few questions he responds with "I have two minutes."

I pretty much only asked one question before deciding... to end the call. Not long after I go to check my emails and I see that this property had responded. It was Mike again, and he directed me to the property website to help myself.
So this place is pretty much off my list, mostly because I didn't get very far in my research process. I don't know why you would have someone so unwelcoming in the very first stages of the leasing process. Read More

I am extremely happy for the promptness and courteous service the property management has given me & my family :)

I can't think of a better complement for anything from food to cars and yes, resigning a lease than I would do it again. I am resigning my because ownership has made commitments to repair and maintain the complex and is not only keeping those promise but is going the extra mile. They have replaced poor mangers, hired a new maintenance man and are supporting him in keeping the small comfy complex that has serious room to play a place I chose is stay and recommend.

I really enjoyed living here for the last two years. The grounds are keep clean and free of trash, beautiful pool area, nice community room with pool table, TV with CD's to watch and books to read. Very friendly staff and great maintenance.
