Bad Management-Shady charges

Avoid this place. The only good thing is the trails behind the property. Everything else is a nightmare:
three different trash fees, valet trash that often doesn’t show, and no big trash container at times. Gates are always open, police chases have happened here, there’s been gun violence, and cars get broken into or stolen. Packages are stolen as they refuse to fix parcel dispensing cubbies. Management just blames “previous owners” instead of fixing anything. Not worth the risk or the money.
