? 1 Star – Unprofessional and Unfair Treatment
As a resident, my experience at this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing. Maintenance requests consistently take far too long to be handled, and when they are addressed, the maintenance staff often make light of or ridicule legitimate concerns, especially when we report loud noises coming from appliances.
Instead of taking our concerns seriously, management responded by issuing a lease violation after we contacted the office for help. This felt less like enforcement and more like... intimidation.
We also went more than three weeks without hot water, despite submitting multiple requests. Only after reporting the issue to code compliance did anything happen. Shortly after that, we received the lease violation, which strongly suggests retaliation for speaking up about a basic habitability issue.
Tenants should not be discouraged or punished for requesting repairs or reporting serious problems. Based on the lack of professionalism, delayed maintenance, and how management handles resident concerns, I would not recommend living here.
