LOVE MY APARTMENT

I have lived here for a couple of months now. I moved here from a smaller, more expensive apartment complex around the corner and am so happy I did! I have more space for less money! That includes the cost of a private garage. I like the pet community here and how organized they are. I have utilized the pool and the club room so far with enjoyment. I see people using the gym. One of these days I will wonder in there! I have not had issues with my apartment. I walk my dog at all hours... and feel safe. The office has monthly get together for the residents to do fun things. There are periodic food trucks. Maintenance seems to be very responsive and friendly. The office staff are friendly and helpful. There is a very diverse population living here which is awesome.

One thing I disagree with is the description of gourmet kitchens. There are lots of cabinets and drawers and granite countertops and island, but the appliances are a little outdated and the sink and faucet need updating. Maybe other apartments have been updated. I don’t know. Having said that, the kitchen is certainly useful. Another issue is parking charges for guests after a certain number of visits. Guests have to register with a QR code when they park or risk towing. If you have frequent visitors this could become a problem. However, I understand wanting to reduce the number of people on premises that do not live here. The bottom line is I love living here and apartment living will always have those little issues that happen with close living but I haven’t experienced it here yet. I look forward to living here for many years to come.

Great Experience

The experience of viewing and applying was extremely easy and fast. I applied in the morning and by lunch time I was told I was approved.
The moving in was seamless and was provided all the info needed to help set up services to my apartment.

DONT LEASE HERE

This complex has had people's tires for their cars stolen and the cars were sitting on rocks in the parking lot. My car has been broken into, apartments have been broken into, cars have been STOLEN and there are absolutely no security cameras on site nor security that they "hired." Their apartments are also infested with roaches no matter how often pest control comes!! Save yourself the money and don't move in here!

Look before leasing

Pool has been closed more than open, pet wash has never been open, gym in phase one and rec center have been closed for months with no communication on when things will open.
Pool has been closed and green for over a month. It’s Summer. It did not open until June, was closed several times.
There is a big pest control problem, tenants do not pick up after dogs. No luxury amenities are open yet they still charge for them.

This property is Horrible !!!

They do not fix any of their amenities. Ac has been out for months no response no action. These apartments are no longer luxury apartments SAVE YOUR MONEY it’s definitely not worth it.
