Not ok!!

So very disappointed with them, barely moved out and I SWEAR TO GOD that I left that apartment ready to rent!!! carpet clean no scratches or dirty on the wall at all!! I lived by myself, NO KIDS NO PETS AND WAS LEFT IMMACULATE!!! And they dared to charge me for carpet cleaning 100 bucks and for repainting. I would like to know what the hell they repainted??? to be honest… since the first month I was regretting moving there. It infested with roaches that even with Pest Control several times they... kept coming out, ugly smell of cigarette that took months to go away. I should’ve known better when I saw new appliances and new carpet and new paint that this apartment was really messed up before I got it. And I always paid on time!!! way upfront and they know it, and this is how they pay me back how very ugly!! Very very ugly, they think because I have a good job, I’m rich and I’m far away from being rich. so think twice before renting here because they will make up stuff to charge you extra!! And not only they kept the deposit. I have to pay them more and for no reason at all, AND THEY KNOW IT.!!!! I KNOW THEY SAW HOW I LEFT THIS APARTMENT!!! NO NEED TO REPAINT SH … AND NO NEED FOR CARPET CLEANING BECAUSE I CLEANED AND LEFT THAT PLACE READY FOR RENT!! AND EVEN WITHOUT A HORRIBLE SMELL LIKE THEY GAVE IT TO ME!!!
I will let my coworker to NEVER recommend this place AGAIN!!! You people make me sick!!

My experience has been good so far.

My experience has been good so far. The overall quality of the apartment is good for the price. I do wish they would upgrade the cabinet doors. The complex is pretty quiet, my apartment is on the third floor and does get pretty hot in the summer. We have put up curtains and change the air filter often. The staff is friendly but the Saturday hours don't always seem to be valid. I like having the washer dryer connections on the porch, but they do have a laundry room onsite as well as a gym and... pool. Overall my son and I have had a good experience living here and will continue for the foreseeable future.
