Noise disruptions may incur a $200 fee, with possible removal from the property. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 9 am. Parties and gatherings are prohibited. Guests are responsible for damages inside the apartment, with additional fees for excessive cleaning needs. Unapproved/unregistered guests or pets will incur a $200 fine and an additional $50 pet cleaning fee per pet.
