Don't move here!

Overprized, understaffed. If you like being forced to live in a house with no ac for a week and pay full rent even though the apartment is unlivable, this is the place for you. Can't wait to move out of this sad excuse of a complex.

Understaffed and overpriced please avoid.

The maintenance and office staff are absolutely horrible when you need anything fixed. Don’t expect urgency or even basic communication. You could be left without AC for days in the middle of summer, and they still expect full rent like everything’s fine. The office staff is dreadful, unhelpful, and acts like you’re a burden for asking them to do their jobs. For how overpriced this place is, the service is beyond unacceptable. Definitely not worth the money or the headache.

Avoid This Place at All Costs

If I could give zero stars, I would. This apartment complex is absolutely unacceptable. There is one maintenance person for the entire property, which means if something breaks in your unit, good luck getting it fixed in a reasonable amount of time—if at all.

Our AC has been broken for days in the middle of summer. The maintenance tech has tried and failed multiple times to fix it, and now we’re being told it won’t be working for at least another two days. That’s nearly a week of living in... unlivable conditions—and they still expect us to pay full rent for this nightmare.

The front office is completely useless. They offer no help, no solutions, and no urgency. This place is overpriced, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth what they charge.

Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration. Do not move here.

Not happy at all

Everything was going Great until a neighbor moved in under me that has been playing music loud since day one. After multiple videos showing sound proof and multiple police calls nothing has happened. I just have to stay away from my place as often as possible because I can get no sleep there. I still have abit six months or so left on my lease and already have my move out date confirmed.

Other than not being live at my place because they refuse to do anything about trouble renters, this place... is great!

Terrible office staff, they are so friendly until you move in. Then they don’t give a dang about you. I wish I never moved here. I can’t wait until my lease is up!
