Unsatisfied FORMER Tenant

I have lived in a few places traveling before COVID. This complex was by far my worst nightmare. There were strangers knocking on our doors in the middle of the night during to broken gates around the complex, trash is ALWAYS piled around the dumpster, and pests throughout the apartment. The PESTS were very upsetting, but management done NOTHING about it. If you complain, you’ll become a target… say nothing and you can stay forever. Roaches in your pantry, bathroom, and common areas! I moved... after waking up to one in my bed! I have to pay, but I left. I have never been that problem before nor after the Ranch @ 123. The absolute WORST place for widows and seniors

Pool has been closed since we moved in which is a big bummer. Valet trash service is very hit or miss and because it’s not just a regular trash service the outside of every apartment has a trail of trash leakage all over it.
