The negative reviews you see are unfortunately spoton. The buildings are poorly constructed, with thin walls and floors that allow you to hear everything from your neighbors "their rated r moments, hard walking, loud music all through the night, etc... the result of cheap construction being marketed as "luxury" is diabolical. Losing sleep because of noise has become a regular part of my experience here.
Instead of focusing on constant tours and marketing, RPM should be asking why so many... residents are choosing to leave. If this place truly lived up to its "luxury" claims, we'd see long term positive reviews from actual residents which I see are very few, not just a sudden flood of overly positive posts appearing right after negative reviews are posted. In the past week alone, new five-star reviews were added out of some which raises questions about their authenticity. For the price you're paying and all the promises of "luxury," Wildflower Villas falls short. I can't recommend living here.
The leasing office seems more focused on cleaning up its online image than addressing the real issues that residents are bringing up. Yes, the tour might look nice, but if you take the time to carefully read through reviews, you'll notice a few things: How many are actually from long-term residents, not just people who toured? How many reviews mention the leasing team positively? Curb appeal is one thing, but it doesn’t make up for poor construction and design flaws. The noise insulation here is so bad that day-to-day life becomes exhausting.
There are definitely better apartments in this area. For your mental well-being, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
