How Is This Rating Determined?

Would not recommend

The negative reviews you see are unfortunately spoton. The buildings are poorly constructed, with thin walls and floors that allow you to hear everything from your neighbors "their rated r moments, hard walking, loud music all through the night, etc... the result of cheap construction being marketed as "luxury" is diabolical. Losing sleep because of noise has become a regular part of my experience here.

Instead of focusing on constant tours and marketing, RPM should be asking why so many...
residents are choosing to leave. If this place truly lived up to its "luxury" claims, we'd see long term positive reviews from actual residents which I see are very few, not just a sudden flood of overly positive posts appearing right after negative reviews are posted. In the past week alone, new five-star reviews were added out of some which raises questions about their authenticity. For the price you're paying and all the promises of "luxury," Wildflower Villas falls short. I can't recommend living here.

The leasing office seems more focused on cleaning up its online image than addressing the real issues that residents are bringing up. Yes, the tour might look nice, but if you take the time to carefully read through reviews, you'll notice a few things: How many are actually from long-term residents, not just people who toured? How many reviews mention the leasing team positively? Curb appeal is one thing, but it doesn’t make up for poor construction and design flaws. The noise insulation here is so bad that day-to-day life becomes exhausting.

There are definitely better apartments in this area. For your mental well-being, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Charged $1000+ at move out

My husband is currently contesting a $700+ fee bill post-move-out. After moving out 2 months ago, he did the required apartment walk through with a Wildflower Villa employee and was told he would only be charged for window blinds on one window. Wildflower Villas then proceeded to charge him over $700 on top of charging him his entire security deposit. When my husband asked about these excessive charges, Wildflower Villas claimed to no longer have his move-in inventory checklist. They still will... not entertain conversations to drop the charges, and we are forced to get our attorney involved.

Save Yourself

Do not move here at all. Truthfully, the facilities are fine and the location is great. However, it is wildly overpriced and managed unprofessionally AND unethically. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. When I moved in, I was billed higher than what the complex originally told me the rent was -- that should have been my first warning sign. At another point in time my fiance was towed and billed $300 for not parking in a visitor parking space...which is when we told them that... there were not visitor parking spaces at building 9...which was news to the front office staff. They did not paint visitor spaces for another three weeks. As I moved out I was tagged with a massive bill and sent in circles as I tried to get answers...I was also billed for things that I had explicitly mentioned in my move-in statement and when I asked for answers they could not find my move-in statement anywhere on file as they had "unfortunately misplaced it". Now, after paying my rent on time every month for two years, my reward is me waiting for a date in small claims court. If you think my experience is an anomaly please read other reviews from real people - my situation is not at all an isolated event. Don't be like me, listen to the other reviews and do NOT move here.

Do not move here

They take forever to fix anything and they come in and out of your apartment without letting you know. These are not luxury apartments it rained in my apartment for 4 months I put in a work order in March that just got completed a couple weeks ago. The ac barely works I dont even turn mine on because when I do the temperature in my apartment is the same without it being on Bugs are horrible and they wont respond to work orders at all they just ignore them until you show up at the office the... gates are never closed so anybody can come in here
Looks can be very decieving. These apartments do not deserve a star at all this is by far the worst apartment experience that I have ever had in my life I am currently searching for somewhere else to move and my lease isn't up until Feb of next and I cant wait
