if i could give negative i would
Due to the seriousness of violations that the apartments won't correct. We have complained multiple times, and nothing has been changed even though you at first said it would be fixed. Starting off first, the day I picked up our keys, I went into the apartment that had "just been cleaned" and saw multiple German cockroaches. I let y'all know and was told it would be sprayed before I came back the next week. For 7 months, we have had roaches. I was informed after the first few months that we... were the only ones complaining and said we were nasty and had brought them. I HAVE NEVER HAD ROACHES BEFORE. I had to keep most of my stuff packed in totes so I wouldn't get roaches in my items. We have also started to see evidence of rats/mice in the building and in the walls. Which based on the way everything else has been handled is about right. Had to pay for pest service. The guys that came to spray would literally spray from end of cabinet to sink and stove to fridge and say he was done. But otherwise, you will at best get 3 feet of spray in one area only. Complained multiple times at office about it. And they blamed him and he blamed the office said he only had 5 minutes per apartment to spray, So, nothing was ever done about the constant bugs.
Also, had complained multiple times about downstairs neighbors smoking weed and burning incense in the hallway to no avail. Know we weren't the only ones complaining about them. Yet for 7 months, even though it's a fire hazard and against code, nothing was done.
Our car had been hit several times in the parking lot. When I told office, they looked like they could care less and said I would have to file a police report. Like, it's a luxury apartment and you don't have any cameras? Since its private property, the police can't do anything. So did about $1000 in damage and it's just, so sad so bad, not our problem when dealing with the office. Next on the list is the broken and barely working things you have to deal with in your apartment. Our shower in one bathroom would only trickle water. The maintenance guys would come "fix it" but then might run better for one shower then right back where it was at. We had to call at least 4 times to get it working, after that we just gave up. Also, in this apartment, our fridge and freezer were never working correctly. Again, several calls and maintenance requests and still not working or changed. It's not right that it's a LUXURY apartment but there is NOTHING luxury about it.
