Great place to live. It is nice and quiet, just what I was looking for. Office staff and maintenance are very kind and helpful. The nice young lady in the office Pauline and her husband, the maintenance guy is very sweet. They work hard together regardless of their relationship I will continue to renew my lease until I retire.

I viewed a 1 one bedroom and the apartment itself was very nice, but Paula, the leasing girl was not very helpful and was very unprofessional and incompetent.

Expects residents to follow strict unnecessary rules however everything is constantly breaking and taking months to get fixed. This is NOT a gated community as advertised- the gate remains open on the weekends and there has been thefts. They state the gate is not used for safety but for “traffic flow”. Certainly a bait and switch. The lights on the stairs in my building have been out since I moved in 8 months ago- such a safety hazard but still no fix. Water pressure is awful. Call boxes at the... gate are consistently not working. Trash pickup service does not arrive until 10-11 at night even though it’s advertised as 8pm “promptly”, and he shows up in a loud diesel truck that wakes everyone up - but management expects us to have our trash bins inside at strict times or we will be fined. Trash everywhere along stairwells and sidewalks and there is simply little care for this community by the management team. Read More
