STAY AWAY
My husband and I lived there for well over two years. During that time, it was terrible. The first DAY we moved in, the A/C broke down (it was 100 degrees that day, WHILE we were moving to a second story apartment). The A/C repeatedly broke at least 7 more times over the course of our stay there. They never fully repaired it, they would just keep adding Freon and hope that would patch it long enough to keep us off their backs. The pool was almost NEVER open, even before COVID. The floor was... uneven and made you feel unsafe. During the big freeze they also did not take the time to salt our steps, which resulted in multiple falls and someone having to be transported to the hospital. The garbage disposal and dryer both required multiple repairs. The A/C unit ruined the ceiling and when they came to respackle/paint it, they left a huge mess in our bathroom as well and never completed the job. This place is a nightmare. Will not come back.
