We moved in at the end of August. We really love it hear. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The residents that live around around us are nice and friendly. I feel safe returning home after dark, as there is plenty of lighting outside. All in all we love it here .. I’m so glad we decided on this apartment complex..

Living in Victoria there isn’t many apartments to choose from. But let me tell you this is NOT the place to choose. This was my very first apartment and I was super disappointed with how the office ladies treated us. Within our first month our toliet was broken wouldn’t flush, took them awhile to fix it. Then our AC continuously would stop working, we reported that also, again took awhile to fix. The thing that bugged me the most is the ladies in the office were SUPER SUPER unprofessional. I... made a comment on a review for the apartments sharing my bad experience and they called me confronting me about what I had posted and not in a nice way. I understand that we aren’t the only ones with problems and repairs to be made, but do not call the resident and treat them like that. Do not waste your time or money on this apartment complex, keep on looking!

When I moved in, they showed me a really nice apartment and for a good price but I got to the apartment I am staying at and it was nothing like it! The maintenance is SO, SO BAD! No matter how many times you call and go into the office they will not do anything for you. The lost their copy of my apartment key which who knows who has it! All of this has happened and I have only been here for 4 months.

Ashely and Stephanie are super excellent. They are super nice and very helpful. They go up and beyond for their residence. I highly recommend these awesome lady’s and this amazing beautiful apartment!!!!
