The Enclave at the Stadium

I would not recommend living at Enclave at the Stadium. My experience living here was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
One of the biggest issues was a persistent roach problem. In addition, there were serious plumbing issues, including waste water backing up into the bathtub, which was both unsanitary and unacceptable.
Another major concern was the condition of the apartment itself.
Part of the ceiling fell in, causing water damage and raising concerns about the overall maintenance and... upkeep of the property. Situations like this made me question the safety and quality of the living environment.
For the amount of rent charged, I expected much better maintenance, quicker resolutions, and a higher standard of living.

If I could give these apartments a zero rating I would. My daughter has had nothing but trouble since day one. They pushed her move in date by a week and told us THAT DAY then the day we got there the apartment looked like it was right in the middle of a remodel (which it was). From that day forward nothing has changed. They don't come repair when they say will, they've never fixed several things that were wrong on day 1 and it's been 10 months since she moved in. She now has roaches (she is... clean and keeps food put away) and they won't come spray saying they can never coordinate their schedules to do so. I could write pages on this place. This property has made huge improvements from what it used to be. They enforce towing which I really find beneficial so that it saves spaces for residents. They even have visitor parking for friends and family. The staff is awesome! Highly recommend living here!

They have a contract with Rapid Recovery towing and are trying to charge me $300+ to get my car back when it hasn't even been 24 hrs. Will not be renewing here.
