Great location and excellent service

Julia and her team did a wonderful job of ensuring our short, 6 month stay was pleasant. The front office was always quick and eager to assist. The maintenance crew was always quick to respond to any issues and concerns. And the grounds keepers kept the outside clean. It’s a great place to stay if you’re in need of a short or long term stay.

Beautiful apartments at a great price!

I'm thrilled to move into these apartments this summer. The new management is fantastic - Brittany and Kelsey are smart, helpful and kind. The apartments themselves are gorgeous, the amenities are great and the price is right. I'm thankful to have found this place!

Beautiful

A beautiful,quiet community with spacious apartment homes. Plenty of room to rearrange your furniture how you would want to and are equipped with a washer and dryer which is a plus. It's super neat and clean, definitely well taken care of.

Year Plus in Waco

Just finished renting there for 13 months. I moved due to a new out-of-town job opportunity. This was the nicest community that I have ever rented from. The complex is clean, well-kept and well-lit at night. Kelly (the property manager) and her staff are the greatest and I was very sad to leave. I give this complex my highest compliments!!!
