Roaches are SO BAD HERE. I’ve never seen anything like it before in my life. I’m scarred. For life. The paint job inside the apartments are awful, they painted over previous tenants finger nail / toe nail clippings, old hair, etc. the vents also have mold in them and they’re so dirty but according to management “there’s nothing they can do about it”. Speaking of management, THEY ARE AWFUL. The ladies in the leasing office are so disgustingly rude. The owner, Nancy Zuniga and Melissa are so rude... and are incapable of speaking like adults. The apartments have beautiful interiors, and I especially love the thoughtful detail of the built-in shelf. Megan in the office is always kind and welcoming, going out of her way to answer questions and provide help whenever needed. The owner is also very personable and approachable, always willing to take the time to talk when he’s available. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience

I’ve been living at The Brook on Bay Area for over a year now and couldn’t be happier, and I recently just renewed my lease.The management team is super responsive and genuinely cares about the residents. Megan was excellent, she helped me out with everything I needed for my new journey with them. From helping me get a renters insurance to connecting me with a new electric company. Maintenance requests are handled quickly—usually within 24 hours, Oscar is super kind and helpful he gets the job... done! The location is perfect: grocery stores, and a great selection of restaurants. The building is quiet, clean, and feels very safe. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free renting experience. Take note that I drive an hour for work, but I love this place so much that I don’t mind the long drive. Read More

Rent is cheap that’s really the only good thing I would say. There is a roach problem. We have been struggling for 2 years with the roaches, not necessarily infested but I see more roaches than I am comfortable with. The water is consistently being “worked on” sometimes with no notice, you just go to shower and there’s no water at all. We have had pretty okay luck with maintenance only struggle was them not wanting to fix our hot water, still struggling with that after a few weeks. Not the best... area I would say, my fiance struck has been broken into, packages stolen, and I have been chased in the parking lot. Read More

This place has an infestation to the point not ever bearable . I’m scared to go to sleep at night . They are all over your appliances. In your fridge!!!!!!! MOLD in the bathrooms . Wash rooms are GROSSSSSSSS !!!! . And if you try to leave they will make up things with your new desired apartment leasing office to stay in the roach infested place !!
