Great Management Team!

The Edge at Clear Lake is such a great place to live! The community is clean, well-kept, and in a perfect location with easy access to shopping, dining, and everything you need in the Clear Lake area. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful layouts that really make it feel like home.

The staff and management team here go above and beyond. They’re friendly, professional, and always quick to help with anything you might need. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and... work hard to make the community a welcoming place.

The amenities are another big plus—from the pool to the fitness center and common areas, everything is maintained nicely and adds a lot of value to living here.

Overall, The Edge at Clear Lake offers a wonderful combination of comfort, convenience, and great service. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

Real bad ppl skill at the office

Came in to get information about apt the lady in the office looked at me crazy and asked what did I need it’s a apt so I need information and then said wait outside in my car and bad enough no sign on the door to say out on property and the whole unit by office is all boarded up

If I can give no star very bad place for living

Let of bugs and rats and the office never help go live under the bridge better then The Edge At Clear Lake

Just dont

Scam you out of everything, maintenance will come break your door open and then walk away like nothing happened. Office will tell you to your face that they don’t care and then try to evict you by giving you less than 24 hours to move. Scummy

Wished I Could Live Here Forever

I have lived at these apartments for over a year. For the first time ever moving out, I can say I was extremely blessed to move here. Let me start on explaining why.

1. At night it is VERY quiet. There has never been a night where there were obnoxious people or loud music. These apartments are quiet and people are respectful.

2. Everyone is nice. Every person I have met have been so welcoming and sweet. I have never felt unsafe.

3. Trustworthy. There has never been a night where I was... scared walking alone to my apartment.

4. Maintenace. The office employees are very helpful and welcoming. The second I send an email with a plumbing issue or any issue I have, the next hour they respond and within 24 hours the issue is repaired/fixed.

I wish I could stay here forever. I love calling this place my home and I was very happy with my stay.
