Great Property & Staff

Overall great property with very welcoming staff that were more than helpful when I was asking questions before I decided on what property to go with. Overall best decision when it comes to and calm and comfortable living environment all the way around.

Great Property

Lakeview Townhomes is a wonderful secluded community. It is minutes away from Lake Wichita and near a dog park. Very well kept community with wonderful staff.

Great experience

We received a move in special! The apartment was clean. Staff was very friendly and worked to get us in as soon as possible. Yard is maintained well. Pet friendly. Very quite!

Great location, quiet & friendly!

I love my townhouse apartment! It’s quiet, close to nature, friendly staff, both in the office and maintenance departments. They are pet-friendly and often spoil the dogs with treats!

Great housing

I’ve stayed in three different locations in Wichita Falls and Lakeview Townhomes is so far the best one. Quite place, secluded location that is near everything in town, and friendly neighbors. Wasp are a problem, but anywhere you go will have wasp. I keep spray and that solves that problem. Maintenance came as soon as we had a problem, and Laura in the front office is always there to answer any questions you have.
