Amazing place to live
I love living here, super peaceful clean environment always smells very nice and outside always looks amazing. Management is amazing and always willing to help with everything!!

Great Place to Live
I am coming up on a year living here and have loved it. The apartment feels new and the appliances as well. I haven't had any issues with the other tenants and rarely hear noise coming from the apartments close to mine.
As someone that likes to stream/download a lot of things, the internet here has been some of the best I have ever had. Fairly regularly I will have two or three things going at once and have not had any issues. I have never had to deal with buffering while streaming and I... constantly get around 200 mb/s downloading.
I decided to pay a little extra each month to have covered parking and it has been very convenient on days it snows, especially early mornings when I am trying to get to work.
Since I have been here we have had a couple different management groups and I have really liked the newest one. I have had a couple of things I needed to reach out to them about and Karley (the property manager) has been great to work with. She has been very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I have had.

Lovely Place to Live
Moved in 2 weeks ago and loving it! Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Management has been kind and helpful with the move in process. Beautiful modern apartments that are nearby everything!! Very happy living here!

The truth is I don't recommend it at all, I rented there all last year and I left because in addition to being somewhat expensive they always have a lot of disorder with the administration
Furthermore, as of this date, they still have not returned my deposit, every day is a different story.
It's horrible, it's my money and they still haven't returned it to me.
