This is a smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Approved pets incur a pet fee. Guests must clean up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors, and are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and any property damage caused by pets.
