This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning, with all audio and noise levels to be kept at a minimum. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged a fee. Guests must clean up after their pet, and a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors will be applied. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest.
