Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee of $50 for 1 dog and $100 for 2 dogs. Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee. The owner and family respectfully lives on site in the completely separated basement unit of this large house with its own separate entrance that doesn't intervene with any of the rented spaces of the home and is often not home. If your group is in need of a large portion of parking space, please contact us before the time of your reservation with questions or requests to ensure that we can accommodate your groups needs. This is a smoke-free home and recreational drug use is prohibited. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees. City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count.
