Living at the Ranches as been the best living experience we have had so far! They really treat you like you matter here! We love the manager Stephanie!! She has always made us feel welcome and at home! I would recommend the Ranches to everyone I know :)

I absolutely love living at The Ranches now about 3 years. The new maintenance guy ..I forgot his name again...showed quickly to repair our shower and was happy it was not serious but he was professional and pleasant and able to make repairs needed promptly. All my many questions were clarified by Stephanie who is always remarkable! Hope she gets the recognition she deserves. She makes the difference! I just had a heart transplant in July and recovering well. Recently just returned back to work... fulltime and have many appts in Salt Lake so I'm driving long distance frequently, but I'm still pleasantly surprised how much I love living in this community. So it's worth it! I recommend The Ranches often to others. Thanks! ??

I have loved living here so far! The neighborhood is very nice and there's 2 nice dog parks. Its very relaxing and there's isn't too much commotion going on.
