Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning, with all audio and noise levels to be kept at a minimum. A doorbell camera and a noise decibel detector are in place to monitor any unapproved parties. Moving furniture is not allowed and will result in a $500 fee if cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property. Guests are responsible for hiring a locksmith at their own expense for lockouts, or a $75 service fee will be charged if a host team member is dispatched. Garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins; a $50 fee per bin will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins. Light maintenance or repairs may occur during your stay, including regularly scheduled exterior services like lawn care, snow removal, and hot tub maintenance without prior notice. For indoor maintenance, permission will be requested before entering.
